WHAT IS THE FERTILITY CLASS?

Reproductive health responds to movement. That was our founding principle for The Fertility Class.

We built this program after healing our own hormonal challenges - severe PCOS (PMOS)  and hypothalamic amenorrhea - through a specific system of targeted pelvic exercises.

 The right movement sequences, done consistently and timed to the menstrual cycle, support ovulation, improve pelvic circulation, and regulate the hormonal environment that both cycle health and conception depend on. We know this because we have lived it, and have since taught tens of thousands of women worldwide.

The Fertility Class exists for women who are trying to conceive, working to regulate an irregular cycle, managing PCOS (PMOS), or learning to understand their own reproductive health. A global, on-demand program built on the Aviva Method movement practice that has been used by women since the 1960s.

The Fertility Class workouts are short, targeted movement sessions designed to support reproductive and hormonal health at each phase of the menstrual cycle. Rooted in the Aviva Method and modernized through 15 years of teaching and research, every movement has a clear physiological purpose.

The movement sequences are designed to stimulate blood flow to the reproductive organs, support lymphatic circulation in the pelvis, and regulate the hormonal axis that governs the menstrual cycle. Classes are organized by cycle phase - follicular, ovulatory, luteal, menstrual - and by goal: natural conception, IVF preparation, cycle regulation. Each class is 20 to 30 minutes.
