Who We Are

The Mission

We created THE FERTILITY CLASS to help women feel empowered about their bodies and confident in their ability to conceive. Our approach is designed to give women a tool to take control of their fertility journey through movement. Our aim is to transform the fertility journey into one where you feel supported, joyful and empowered.

The Workouts

Our classes are energetic and fun workouts designed to move and strengthen the lower abdominal areas of the body. By increasing blood flow, aligning the organs, and clearing physical and mental blockages, we aim to create an experience that nurtures both body and mind.

The History

Fertility dances and rituals have been celebrated across cultures since ancient times. THE FERTILITY CLASS exercises are modern, evidence-based movements that pay homage to Aviva Steiner’s original Aviva Method Exercises, which have successfully supported hormone health and conception for decades. Our classes are designed to be uplifting and easy to follow, making them accessible to practice anytime, anywhere.

ABOUT US

Martha Han, Founder of The Fertility Class and Certified Aviva Method Instructor,

MARTA HAN

Marta is a holistic fertility and wellness expert. She is an Aviva Method teacher, Vinyasa yoga instructor, and Health Coach certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, specializing in hormone health. Marta is a former competitive ballroom dancer and was the Junior National Champion of Hungary at the age of 18.  


As the founder of Aviva Flow, a community support organization dedicated to promoting natural approaches to wellness and hormonal balance, she has spent decades assisting women experiencing fertility challenges on their journey to motherhood.


She holds a BA in Economics and has lived in Boston, London, and currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two sons.

Zsofia Jamieson, Founder of The Fertility Class and Certified Aviva Method Instructor

ZSOFIA JAMIESON

Zsofia has worked as a fashion executive for companies like Net-A-Porter,  theOutnet and Vivre for decades. 


Following her own struggles with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and healing through exercise, she became a certified Aviva Method teacher in 2011 and has been teaching fertility exercises to women struggling with their reproductive health ever since.


She has made it her mission to create an online community where women around the world are able to access THE FERTILITY CLASS and go on to have reproductive health and successful pregnancies.


Zsofia grew up in Hungary and currently lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons.
