We created The Fertility Class™ to help women feel empowered in their bodies and confident in their ability to conceive. Our approach offers a powerful tool, rooted in movement, to support reproductive health naturally.

We believe this knowledge should be accessible to every woman, everywhere. Our mission is to transform the fertility journey into one where women feel supported, hopeful, and deeply connected to their bodies.

The Workouts

Our classes are functional, therapeutic and energizing fertility workouts, designed to target and strengthen the lower abdominal area in support of reproductive health. By enhancing blood flow, encouraging organ alignment, and easing physical and emotional tension, each session offers tangible benefits for both body and mind. Our exercise method has supported thousands of women in regulating their cycles, easing PMS, restoring hormonal balance, and preparing the body for conception. The classes are low-impact, rhythm-based, and accessible to all levels, designed to meet you wherever you are on your fertility or hormone health journey.

The History

Across cultures and centuries, fertility dances and rituals have played an important role in supporting fertility and honoring the female body. The Fertility Class™ exercises are modern, research-backed and evidence-based movements, that pay homage to Aviva Steiner’s original Aviva Method Exercises, which have supported hormone regulation and conception for decades. Designed with the modern woman in mind, our classes honor today’s lifestyle, offering an uplifting, accessible, and easy-to-practice experience - anytime, anywhere.

ABOUT US

The founders of The Fertility Class - Zsofia Jamieson and Marta Han

WE’RE ZSOFIA JAMIESON AND MARTA HAN, FOUNDERS OF THE FERTILITY CLASS.

Marta is a fertility nutritionist, holistic health coach, and double-certified yoga and Aviva Method instructor. With more than a decade of experience and a background as a competitive ballroom dancer, she combines specialized knowledge with deep body awareness to help women restore hormonal balance and support fertility naturally.

Zsofia is a certified Aviva Method teacher, entrepreneur, and former fashion executive. Diagnosed with severe PCOS as a teenager and told she might never conceive, she healed naturally through movement and nutrition. After leading global strategy for brands like Net-A-Porter, she introduced the Aviva Method from Hungary to the UK and US. Today, she dedicates her work to helping women worldwide reconnect with their bodies and reproductive health.

Together, we created The Fertility Class™ to offer what we wish we had: a proven, empowering method to regulate cycles, ease PMS, and support fertility, whether naturally or alongside treatment.
