WHAT IS THE FERTILITY CLASS?

The Mission

Reproductive health responds to movement. That was our founding principle.

We built The Fertility Class after healing our own hormonal challenges - severe PCOS (PMOS) and hypothalamic amenorrhea - through a specific system of targeted pelvic exercises. We have since taught thousands of women worldwide.

The Fertility Class is for women who are trying to conceive, working to regulate an irregular cycle, managing PCOS, or learning to understand their own reproductive health - a global, on-demand program built on the Aviva Method, used by women since the 1960s.

The Workouts

Short, targeted movement sessions designed to support reproductive and hormonal health at each phase of the menstrual cycle. Rooted in the Aviva Method and refined through 15 years of teaching and research, every movement has a clear physiological purpose - stimulating blood flow to the reproductive organs, supporting lymphatic circulation in the pelvis, and regulating the hormonal axis that governs the cycle.

Classes are organized by cycle phase - follicular, ovulatory, luteal, menstrual - and by goal: preparing to conceive, IVF preparation, cycle regulation. Each class is only 20 to 30 minutes.

The History

The relationship between movement and reproductive health has been understood across cultures for centuries. Aviva Steiner was the first to formalize it.

A Hungarian-born physiotherapist, spent decades observing that specific pelvic movement sequences reliably influenced menstrual regularity and fertility — something medicine had largely missed. She refined her method through direct practice with thousands of women across Eastern Europe and Israel.

We found her work through our own fertility challenges. The results were significant enough that we completed the full instructor certification and have been teaching these protocols for 15 years.

We built The Fertility Class to bring this work to women everywhere, and continue working alongside clinicians and research groups to build the formal evidence base.

ZSOFIA JAMIESON

Co-Founder | Certified Aviva Method Instructor

Zsofia spent twenty years as a fashion executive, including a decade at Net-a-Porter. Alongside that career, she built deep expertise in the Aviva Method. She found it after being diagnosed with severe PCOS, used it to regulate her cycle and conceive, completed the full 2 year instructor certification program, and taught it privately for over a decade.

MARTA HAN

Marta trained as a ballroom dancer, is a yoga teacher and health coach. She came across the Aviva Method while navigating hypothalamic amenorrhea, a condition that had stopped her cycle entirely, used it to restore her health, and completed the 2 year Aviva Method instructor certification. She has been teaching the method for 10 years, bringing her background in movement, coaching, and functional health to every class.

With a combined 25 years experience as Aviva Method teachers, we created The Fertility Class™ to offer women worldwide what we wish we had, a proven, on-demand movement practice for reproductive and hormonal health, taught by instructors who have lived it and who truly care about women's health.
