These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and use of The Fertility Class program (“Program”), operated by TFC Fitness LLC. By completing your purchase and accessing the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

TThe Fertility Class includes movement-based and educational programs designed to support reproductive and hormonal health for both women and men. Each course and class is intended for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The Program is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• We recommend you consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning, particularly if you:
  • Have underlying medical conditions
  • Are pregnant, postpartum, or undergoing fertility treatment
  • Have recently had surgery
     
• Participation may not be safe or appropriate for individuals with:
   
  • Spinal hernia or serious spinal disorders
  • Malignant tumors
  • Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia)
  • Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure
  • Severe pelvic organ prolapse
  • Severe endometriosis or ovarian cysts that cause significant pain

The Men’s Program is not suitable for individuals with:

• Prostate inflammation or enlargement without medical clearance
• Active pelvic or testicular infections
• Recent abdominal or urogenital surgery
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart disease
• Any condition where your healthcare provider advises against exercise of this nature
   

This list is not exhaustive. If your healthcare provider advises against certain movements, you agree to follow their guidance. By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically able to participate or have received clearance from a qualified professional. If you experience pain, dizziness, unusual bleeding, or any concerning symptom, stop immediately and consult a healthcare provider.
 

Participation in either the Women’s or Men’s Program does not establish a doctor-patient relationship with TFC Fitness LLC or its instructors. We do not guarantee improvements in fertility, hormone balance, sperm quality, or reproductive function. Individual results vary.
 

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

• If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days by emailing info@thefertilityclass.com with proof of purchase and a short explanation.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or fraudulent claims.
   

By accessing any of The Fertility Class Programs, Courses or Classes, you agree to:

• Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Not share, distribute, copy, or reproduce materials without written permission.
• Not share your login credentials.
• Follow the Program mindfully, listen to your body, and modify or pause as needed.
   

We may suspend or terminate access if unauthorized use, misconduct, or violations of these Terms are detected.

• All Program content (videos, text, graphics, exercises, and materials) is the exclusive property of TFC Fitness LLC.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
   

• You assume all risks associated with participating in the Program.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFC Fitness LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, health issue, or damages arising from participation.
• By enrolling, you voluntarily waive any legal claims related to injuries, health outcomes, or dissatisfaction with the Program.
   

• We collect and use your personal information solely for account management, payment processing, customer service, and program delivery.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
   

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, except small claims court.
• By agreeing, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
   

By purchasing and accessing The Fertility Class, you confirm that you:
