Welcome to The Fertility Class (“TFC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The Fertility Class programs, services, community spaces, and website (thefertilityclass.com).
By enrolling, accessing materials, submitting questionnaires, or joining our community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

The Fertility Class provides movement-based, educational, and lifestyle content designed to support reproductive health and general wellbeing.
All content, including exercise videos, live sessions, written materials, and community discussions, is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are solely responsible for your health and wellbeing while engaging with our materials.

You understand and agree that:

• The Fertility Class does not offer medical care or individualized medical advice.
   
• Information provided through our programs, questionnaires, or instructors should not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.
   
• You should seek clearance from your physician before beginning any exercise or wellness regimen, particularly if you have, have had, or suspect you have any medical condition.
   

You agree not to participate in The Fertility Class programs if any of the following apply, unless cleared in writing by your healthcare provider:

• Cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic disease (including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, or heart disease)
• Neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting movement or balance
• Recent surgery (abdominal, pelvic, orthopedic, or other major procedures)
• Active infection, inflammation, or fever
• Chronic pain, dizziness, or unexplained fatigue
   

• Pregnancy or less than 3 months postpartum without explicit medical clearance
• Recent miscarriage or pregnancy loss (must wait until medically approved to resume activity)
• Ovarian cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic adhesions, or other gynecologic disorders not cleared for exercise
• Uterine or cervical abnormalitie
• Pelvic floor dysfunction or prolapse
• Active vaginal bleeding or discharge
• Implanted devices (IUD, pessary, etc.) without clearance
   

• Prostate enlargement, prostatitis, or testicular inflammation
• Recent vasectomy, hernia repair, or abdominal surgery
• Pelvic or urogenital pain of unclear origin
   

• Hormonal, thyroid, or autoimmune disorders affecting energy, balance, or safety during exercise
• Any other condition your physician advises may interfere with exercise or hormonal function
   

You agree to immediately discontinue any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, nausea, bleeding, or other concerning symptoms.

The Fertility Class is not a fertility treatment and does not guarantee conception, improved hormonal function, or pregnancy outcomes.
Participation may be supportive to general wellness but does not ensure or predict reproductive results.
If you become pregnant, you must stop the exercises immediately and only resume if cleared by your doctor.

If you are undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART), including IVF, IUI, or egg freezing, you agree to:

• Consult your reproductive endocrinologist before beginning or continuing The Fertility Class.
   
• Follow all medical restrictions given by your clinic.
   
• Pause exercises during stimulation, transfer, or recovery phases if instructed by your provider.
   

You acknowledge that every body is different and that outcomes, including menstrual regularity, ovulation, hormone balance, or conception, cannot be guaranteed.
TFC Fitness LLC does not warrant any particular physical, emotional, or reproductive results from participation.

By participating in The Fertility Class, you understand and voluntarily accept all risks associated with physical activity and educational participation.
You release and hold harmless TFC Fitness LLC, its founders, instructors, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, including but not limited to:

• Injury, illness, miscarriage, loss, or emotional distress
• Aggravation of existing medical conditions
• Property loss or damage
• Misinterpretation of information provided
   

This waiver applies to all activities conducted in person, online, or via digital platforms (including Kajabi, Zoom, or WhatsApp).

Information provided through questionnaires or one-on-one calls is used solely to offer generalized educational guidance, not individualized treatment.
By submitting information, you consent to:

• Secure storage of your data under our Privacy Policy
• Optional anonymized use for program development or research purposes
• Our right to refuse or discontinue guidance if information provided is incomplete or inaccurate
   

You remain responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before acting on any information received.

Participation in any Fertility Class community group (WhatsApp or otherwise) implies agreement to:

• Maintain confidentiality and respect others’ privacy
• Refrain from sharing medical advice or personal information publicly
• Not use the platform for self-promotion or marketing
• Understand that information shared in the group is not monitored for medical accuracy and that TFC Fitness LLC bears no responsibility for user interactions
   

We may remove participants for conduct deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are not issued for partial or completed billing periods.
Cancellations can be managed through your Kajabi account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

All program materials—including movement sequences, guides, videos, written content, branding, and design—are the exclusive property of TFC Fitness LLC.
You agree not to copy, record, share, or distribute any content without written consent.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
By using our programs, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in that policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Connecticut, and not through court litigation or class action.

These Terms constitute the full understanding between you and TFC Fitness LLC regarding participation in The Fertility Class.
They supersede any prior communications, whether written or oral.
