• This program is not suitable for individuals with the following conditions:

  • Spinal Hernia
  • Malignant Tumors
  • Menorrhagia (Heavy Menstrual Bleeding)

• By purchasing this program, you represent and warrant that you do not have any of these conditions and that you are physically capable of participating.

• Participation in The Fertility Class does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and TFC Fitness LLC or any affiliated instructors.
• We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to pregnancy, cycle regulation, hormonal balance, or improved fertility. Individual results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

We offer a full money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. To request a refund:

• Contact info@thefertilityclass.com within 30 days of purchase.
• Provide proof of purchase and an explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. TFC Fitness LLC reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or fraudulent claims.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or public distribution of any part of The Fertility Class is strictly prohibited.

• You assume all risks associated with participating in The Fertility Class, including potential injury, discomfort, or health-related complications.
• TFC Fitness LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in The Fertility Class.
• By purchasing The Fertility Class, you voluntarily waive any legal claims against TFC Fitness LLC related to injuries, health issues, or dissatisfaction with the program.

• By purchasing The Fertility Class, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data for account management, customer service, and program delivery.
• Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or necessary for payment processing.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
• Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
• By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or seek remedies in court, except for small claims court.
